SHIPPING POLICY

* USPS IS EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19. 

  • All orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days from receipt of payment. 
  • We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or Acts of Nature. 
  • All Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. 
  • You will receive tracking information via the email address provided on the day your order is shipped. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. Please use the tracking information provided to keep track of your package and it’s expected arrival date. 
  • We are only able to ship to the address you provide during checkout. Please ensure the address entered at checkout is correct. 


REROUTED PACKAGES


  • We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please ensure that the complete shipping address is correct. 
  • If your tracking info states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery within 10 days or arrange for a pickup at your local USPS location. Otherwise your package will be returned to us. If your package is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for paying a $10 re-shipping fee via the website within 3 days. 
  • We are not responsible if USPS can not deliver your package due to not being able to access your unit or if no one is home to sign for the package. Please contact your local USPS. 
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If your package is returned to us, you will need to pay the $10 re-ship fee so we can re-ship your package. Please include your full name and order # in the notes section so we can get your package back to you. 
  • If an address error is made by you, please email us at GiftofGab within 1 hour of placing your order so that we can make the necessary changes for you. 
  • You will be contacted by email when your rerouted package has been returned to us.
